Free patterns and Tutorials / Materials What fabrics do you use to make plushies out of? It varies depending on what I can find, but my favourite fabrics are doesuede, and minky Where can I buy fabric? Minky Delight This is where I get Minky, I buy "minky smooth". There is a large variety of colors and a bargain/short cuts section for saving a bit of money if you're lucky CR's Crafts I like this shop! There is lots here, and it's got great service! The things I buy frequently here are doll & bear joints in various sizes, armatures, acrylic eyes, long pile faux fur, small scale lace, suede cloth (chamois is light, doll face is healthy ;D and bamboo is a bit tan), and plastic pellets for beanies. SO much more there, just look around! Misslabel Affordable custom label options for crafters <3 I love these guys! Doll Makers Journey more skin fabrics here, deersuede. I use the chamois and the doll face pink, matching threads available. Lots of patterns too, I got a smallworks dragon pattern here once (but never made it XD ). Other great things to pick up here are tiny turning tubes, sculping needles. Do you make your own patterns? Yes, but sometimes for fun I will make plushies from other patterns too If I used someone else's pattern it will be in the description.Can I have one of your patterns?
